Kevin Ambrose Memorial
In honor of Kevin Ambrose Memorial, Christina’s House has partnered with the Ambrose Family and the Springfield Police Department and Area Law Enforcement Officers to develop the: ‘Christina’s House Kevin E. Ambrose Memorial and Scholarship Program.’
The Kevin E. Ambrose Memorial Scholarship will be given annualy and will be offered to members of Christina’s House, who show a positive attitude toward changing their life for the better, as well as that of their child.
In addition to the Kevin E. Ambrose, Memorial Scholarship will be the dedication of a family room at Christina’s House. This room bears the name of Kevin E. Ambrose and is a designated place for the women and children of Christina’s House to gather and build a more nurturing relationship.
This program has been established, because we believe that the life of Kevin E. Ambrose, as a Springfield Police Officer was dedicated to the effort of protecting, serving and improving his community. This program will help perpetuate a memory that will be long reaching in helping others to understand the value of a life given in honor of another’s and the importance of that life becoming significant toward improving community.
