Shannon Carey

Shannon Carey is Director of Market Analysis and Settlements at ISO New England, the operator of New England’s electric power system. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of several professional associations.  Before her career at ISO New England, she was an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick, Phoenix Home Life Insurance, and served in the United States Army for ten years.  Shannon has a Masters in Ministry with a concentration in Christian Counseling. Shannon is also an ordained minister and an active member of LifeStream Church. A native Vermonter, she is engaged with serving several communities, has two children, two dogs, and resides in South Hadley.
